Hi Jansen,
The guidlines for Pcb manufacture state that Soldermask thickness must be a minimum of 8 microns.
We use 2 different types of soldermask in Pcb-Pool.
They are Soldemask foil which has a thickness of 20 microns and Soldermask ink which is applied to an average thickness of 30 microns.
